Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German television and film actress best known for her performances in films like Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra began her professional career in showbiz early. The actress was in lead roles in television dramas from as early as 16 years old. After the critically-acclaimed performance in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went into other notable parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge for the film Downfall. It was nominated for an Oscar and garnered critical praise. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex and The Reader are also Oscar-nominated movies featuring this model. Alexandra has been involved in many notable projects, in both the US and abroad. These include British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and the French historical miniseries Napoleon and many more. She also served on juries for the Transylvania International Film Festival, as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
